I am the Founder & CEO of Aspiria Corp., now in its 14th year of delivering quality Employee and Student Assistance Program to over 50,000 individuals and family members. With over 25 years of experience in providing direct clinical and consultative services to organizations in the public and private sectors, I have developed a wealth of wisdom, insight, and passion to help organizations reach maximum performance through the use of progressive employee and student support programs.
From 1985 – 1990, I obtained my clinical training in the Crisis and Psychosomatic Medicine Units of the Clarke Institute of Psychiatry as well as in the Regional Trauma and Surgical Intensive Care Units of Sunnybrook Hospital where I clinically assessed and treated a diverse patient population. It was in these settings that I shaped my passion and vision for clinical crisis and intervention work.

My knowledge of the trauma field has allowed me to provide high-level consulting to organizations in the area of emergency personnel policy development, change management, restructuring, assessment and delivery of trauma response systems, and, training emergency personnel in trauma response.
I have held numerous senior management positions as Executive Vice President, Vice President of Business Development and, Vice President of Client Services.
